Bloomington's Breast Cancer Awareness Walk

The 16th Annual Bloomington Breast Cancer Awareness Walk is October 25, 2014. This annual, local Bloomington event is FREE and promotes the awareness if the importance of prevention and early detection of breast cancer. Donations are gladly accepted and all proceeds go to LOCAL breast cancer causes. The event starts off with a program honoring survivors followed by an approximately one-mile awareness walk. Registration starts at 8:30 am and the program starts at 9:00 am with the walk immediately after the recognition program. The 1st 1,000 walkers to register get a free t-shirt. Bring your family, friends, and well behaved pets! 

2014 Monroe County College Fair

Bloomington High School North is hosting the Monroe County College Fair on September 25, 6:00PM-7:30PM in the main gymnasium. You and your child are encouraged to attend. The Monroe County College Fair (MCCF) provides families an opportunity to meet with representatives from over 60 colleges (two and four year), professional schools and military organizations. The Monroe County College Fair is FREE and open to high school students, their parents and anyone interested in learning more about their higher education options.
