Force Fitness Bloomington Transformation Sheds Over 800 pounds

More than $1000 Awarded to Finalists

 

 

           Three months ago, over 80 participants teamed up to take on the challenge presented by Force Fitness and Performance owner Ryan Ketchum: Cut the fat and win some cash!

 

            The winning team of Dedra Cole-Downard, Brent Huccaby, Tiffany Huccaby, and Michael Mc Donald, lost a total of 143 pounds. Collectively, they lost over 13% of their total body weight in just 8 weeks. For their efforts, they were rewarded with $1000.

 

            Contestants trained 3 times per week at Force Fitness and followed an easy to implement nutrition plan. Following this training and nutrition protocol, all participants lost on average of 12.7 pounds.

 

             While the teams encouraged each other to lose the most weight, individuals were pitted against one another for the top prize in a test of determination and willpower.

 

             The individual champion, losing 38.2 pounds and 16.4% of his initial starting weight was Brent Huccaby. He not only had the biggest physical change, but also experienced a complete revival of confidence.
